Website Terms of Use
These terms govern access to and use of the public AcePair Labs website.
1. Operator and scope
AcePair Labs is operated by 对尖（杭州）科技有限公司. These Terms apply to acepairlabs.com and its public pages. A product may publish separate terms before it is made available; those product-specific terms will control for that product if they conflict with these website Terms.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the website. You must use the site only in a manner permitted by applicable law.
3. Current site status
The launch site is informational. It does not offer public accounts, purchases, active subscriptions, comments, or a waitlist. The Newsletter module is not yet available and does not accept email addresses. Product and Blog sections remain empty until real material is published. Nothing on the site is an offer, guarantee, roadmap commitment, or promise that a product or feature will be released.
4. Permitted use
You may browse the public site, link to its public pages, and quote limited portions with accurate attribution. Any other reproduction, republication, distribution, scraping at disruptive scale, or commercial reuse requires prior written permission unless applicable law allows it.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not interfere with the site's operation or security; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malware; evade technical limits; use the site to violate law or another person's rights; misrepresent an affiliation with AcePair Labs; or use automated requests in a way that materially degrades service for others.
6. Intellectual property
Unless a page says otherwise, the AcePair Labs name, marks, visual system, original text, code exposed as part of the site experience, and other site materials are owned by the operator or used with permission. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access the public site for the permitted uses above. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Messages and feedback
Emailing AcePair Labs does not create a confidential, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or client relationship. Do not send confidential information without a separate written agreement. If you voluntarily send general feedback, you allow us to consider and use it without an obligation to compensate you, while you retain ownership of any rights that cannot be transferred this way.

Links to third-party sites are provided for reference or convenience. AcePair Labs does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms. A link does not imply endorsement, partnership, or verification unless the page expressly says so.
9. Information and availability
Site content is provided for general information and may be incomplete, outdated, or changed without notice. It is not legal, financial, medical, security, or other professional advice. The website is provided on an 'as available' basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that every link will remain available.
10. Responsibility and mandatory rights
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this informational site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer and data-protection rights.
11. Changes, severability, and contact
