1. Who is responsible

AcePair Labs is operated by 对尖（杭州）科技有限公司. The company is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to contact@acepairlabs.com.

2. Scope

This notice applies to the public AcePair Labs website at acepairlabs.com and to email sent to the published contact address. It does not govern third-party websites linked from this site or future products that publish their own privacy terms.

3. Information processed

The site has no public accounts, active sign-up forms, payments, comments, or marketing analytics at launch. The Newsletter module is a non-interactive pending notice and does not accept, transmit, or store email addresses. When a page is requested, Cloudflare may process technical request data such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL, HTTP method, response status, user agent, routing data, and related security metadata.

If you email us, we receive the address you use, your message, attachments, and the technical metadata normally carried by email. Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your request.

4. Sources of information

Technical data is generated by your browser, network, and the hosting infrastructure when you request the site. Correspondence data is provided directly by you when you choose to email us.

5. Why information is used

Technical data is used only to deliver pages, maintain availability, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and protect the site. Email data is used to read, route, and respond to your message, keep necessary business records, protect legal rights, and comply with law. The legal basis depends on applicable law and may include necessity, legitimate interests in operating and securing the site, consent, or legal obligation.

6. Cookies and local preferences

AcePair Labs does not set advertising or marketing analytics cookies at launch. Your theme choice may be saved in your browser's local storage; the application does not transmit that preference to AcePair Labs. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security mechanisms when protecting traffic.

7. Service providers and disclosure

Cloudflare provides DNS, content delivery, TLS, security, hosting, and limited operational logging. Email providers process correspondence when you contact us. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a lawful corporate transaction. AcePair Labs does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

8. International processing

Cloudflare operates a global network, so technical traffic data may be processed in countries other than the country from which you visit. Email may likewise be routed or stored across jurisdictions by the relevant providers. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, the responsible parties rely on the available contractual or legal safeguards.

9. Retention

Cloudflare Workers operational logs are sampled at 1% and are retained for no more than the provider's seven-day maximum; the active plan may retain them for a shorter period. AcePair Labs does not create a separate long-term archive of those request logs. Email is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the correspondence, maintain necessary records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized where practicable.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask whether personal information is processed, request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, and complain to a competent regulator. Email contact@acepairlabs.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law permits or requires it.

11. Security and children

We use proportionate technical and organizational safeguards, but no Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. This general company website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly solicit personal information from children through it.

12. Changes and contact
